Shanxi Lee's Kitchen is a long-standing restaurant on Station Street, Box Hill, dedicated to the traditional cuisine of Shanxi province. Shanxi cooking is bold, warming and deeply satisfying: thick hand-pulled noodles, slow-cooked lamb broths, copper hot pots bubbling at the table and dumplings made fresh each day.
